Is a warranty provided?

We offer warranty-backed repair services to ensure your peace of mind and satisfaction. Our general warranty includes 1–3 months coverage (up to 90 days) for services such as gas leakage repairs, indoor PCB repairs, and repairs for both inverter and non-inverter AC units. For compressor replacements, we provide a 1-year guarantee, covering both parts and labor. However, please note that AC remotes are not covered under any warranty or guarantee.

We also offer specific warranty coverage for select appliances. For washing machines—particularly direct drive inverter models from Series 4 and 5—the warranty includes the motor, gearbox, and sensor. In the case of refrigerators, we cover repairs related to the compressor, sensor, and gas refilling.
